Our 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, Reserve is powerful and possesses great concentration without sacrificing nuance and refinement. This is an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of plums, cherries and mocha framed by well-integrated cedar and French oak. Our meticulous hand sorting ensured silky tannins and without sacrificing structure for cellaring. This Reserve Cabernet was sourced from our vines high atop the volcanic slopes of Mt. Veeder and was aged in Winemaker Erich Bradley’s finest 18 barrels. This most classic of Audelssa Cabernets presents the decade’s most ambitious cellaring opportunity.
