2009 Chardonnay, Sonoma County

This delicious Chardonnay exhibits nice tension with flavors and aromas of stone fruits, pineapple and baking spices.The gentle, and still-developing oak notes round out the palette. It was fermented using natural yeasts in the finest French oak and aged for 10 months. Left unfiltered and unfined this wine is complex, food friendly and refreshing. Please enjoy it over the next 2-5 years.
